Group Training Sessions
Small group strength-based training designed to build confidence, consistency, and community in a supportive environment. Sessions are held in a private garage gym in Van Alstyne, offering a focused, small-group setting without the pressure of a crowded gym.
Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 6 - 7 PM | 7 - 8 PM

Saturday: 8 - 9 AM | 9 - 10 AM
