The Space
Sessions are held in a private garage gym in the heart of Van Alstyne.
Low-key, welcoming, and focused — not crowded or overwhelming.

Everything else is provided — mats, weights, equipment, and modifications are all taken care of.

How it Works
Group training is booked using session credits, giving you flexibility around your schedule.
Session Packages:

✔ Credits are valid for 2 months
✔ Credits can be used for in-person group training OR virtual classes
