Meet Coach Britt
I’m Coach Britt Welch — a strength and conditioning coach who believes movement is healing and training should support your life, not overwhelm it.
My coaching blends strength, intentional movement, and habit-building to help people feel confident in their bodies and steady in their lives.
My Story
There was a time when I was over 200 pounds, overwhelmed, and taking care of everyone but myself. Life felt chaotic, and I was disconnected from my body and my sense of direction.
I didn’t change everything overnight. I started by choosing myself — one decision at a time. Through movement, discipline, and consistency, I rebuilt my strength in the middle of that chaos.
That experience shapes how I coach today. I understand what it feels like to start where you are, not where you think you should be. My goal is to help people build strength, confidence, and habits that support the life they want to live.
